Parker Fawcett is a high school student who works as an AI Skills Engineer at CHG Healthcare and is co-founder and CEO of Skora, a college-admissions SaaS platform. He created Rebuild Dossier, an open-source tool for specifying and testing AI-assisted app rebuilds, and has authored papers on both coding-agent verification and quantitative finance.

Parker Fawcett is a software builder and independent researcher based in Herriman, Utah, currently attending Herriman High School and the Jordan Applied Technology Center. At CHG Healthcare, he works in Enterprise Data & AI on AI-assisted automation and data workflows, a role he moved into after a summer internship. He is also co-founder and CEO of Skora, a college-admissions SaaS platform, and operates several other independent software products under his holding company, Fawcett Capital LLC.

His research spans two areas. Rebuild Dossier is an open-source MCP server that extracts an existing app’s interface contracts and produces a test-backed specification for a coding agent to use during a rebuild; his 2026 arXiv preprint, Rebuild Dossier: Mechanically-Enforced Specs for Agentic App Rebuilds, and What Model-Tier Failures Reveal, reports both successful and failed evaluations of that process, and a second, separate paper on the same tool is under review for ICSE 2027. A separate 2026 paper on SSRN, When AUC Survives but Portfolios Do Not, audits predictive multiplicity in a machine-learning equity-selection model, showing that a portfolio's actual holdings can shift substantially while a standard accuracy metric barely moves. He is also writing a book, Experience Without Permission, on how AI is changing the way beginners become experts.
